[SXSW INTERVIEW] Strange Talk & The Griswolds tried to annex my RV for Australia

Please forgive the guys in Strange Talk and The Griswolds for being awesome. Its probably not their fault. Gotta be something to with the ozone or something down under. Luckily for us I got to cram all 9 members of both bands into the RV at SXSW for a bit of political debate and a few gardening tips.

Strange Talk’s awesome album Cast Away is out on April 29th.

Joywave is one of my all time favorite bands who evolve in fantastic ways with each release. Needless to say, sitting down with both artists was a big honor. Touch Sensitive – “Slowments”

I’m a lucky bastard. it’s true. I got to see Touch Sensitive live 3 times at SXSW. It actually got to the point where I was wondering if HE was following ME… But when he flashed that coiffed mustache and kicked out the live bass over his perfectly built beats I forgave him instantly. Every time.

“Slowments” is the latest super-jam from the guys that brought us “Pizza Guy” (and all its iterations). Get into it. Get loose.

[SXSW INTERVIEW] Hunter Hunted on band roles, touring,

Hunter Hunted have fought a long and winding road to their current position as rising stars of feel-good indie pop. We let them rest their road-weary behind in the RV and got some stories from the road as well as dirt on who is the “tour dad” and who writes their infamous Instagram captions…
