• Why: What other reason do you need other than their playing our SXSW party?  If you insist…  Made up of members from known bands like the Young Lords gives them instant credibility, but they don’t necessarily sound like them.  After meeting at common shows all around New York- they decided to experiment recording music together.  Where?  In a small apartment using Garage band, Pro Tools lite and a $50 mic.   These restrictions forced imagination and created what they feel is “more honest and true to ourselves”.  After a few listens, Im thinking they should never record outside that apartment.  You can catch these guys play The Burning Ear Party for free Thursday at 4:15.  Im definitely excited to see them.
