We, Joel & Scott, present you Dubstep Roundup Volume 3.

We rounded up an ever so bassy list of remixes and originals to deal you your dubstep fix this week.  First, we’ll be clear, we know a lot of what lies below isn’t the shiny new toy, we just wanted to share some of our favorites, while addressing the debate about original dubstep vs. dubstep remixes.  While we lean heavily towards remixes these originals might make you hesitate.

So grab your partner, dosey doe and keep shakin’ that ass like you want some more!

♫ Freestylers feat. Belle Humble – Cracks (Flux Pavillion Remix) / Honestly, could there be a better song to start your day with?  This  slappin’ Flux Pavillion remix hits all levels.   We looked the original up the other day… Dont bother.  Flux Pavillion do absolute magic with this song.  Enjoy.

♫ Deadmau5- Ghosts N’ Stuff (Nero Remix) / Seems like the whole world are Deadmau5 fans now, but shit, the dude is straight genius.  Put him and Nero together and you got yourself a chunky ass chune.  This is one of the more cinematic dubstep songs you will find.

♫ The Moody Blues- White-Satin (Zeads Dead remix) / Look out! Zed’s Dead is back in the roundup with another brain numbing dub mix, this time the Moody Blues’ White Satin gets the treatment. This remix has it all. Be prepared to lose the ability to abstractly think for a week or two.

♫ Muse – Knights of Cydonia (Nostalgia Dubstep Remix) / Aight.  Its time to melt your faces and get a lil’ Nurdy’.  Mr. Yuck face wants all over this one.  Hope your speakers go to eleven.

♫ Rusko – Jahova / Aye mon, this cockney rhyming dub lord gave us an outstanding production in Jahova. We know this isn’t new, we know you know it isn’t new; we just like it, a lot, and hope you do as well.

Umm.. If you havent ever considered seeing a dubstep DJ live, well then just watch this.

♫ J.O.B. feat Anjulie (with MadV & 12th Planet)- Warrior / Between Anjulie’s (vocals) moxie and 12th Planets bass-lift, this is a delightfully evil tune.  This extensive collab churned out an extraordinary track for your eardrums.

♫ Dansette Junior – Paranoid / Dansette Junior is churning out brilliant dub and currently touring all over the UK, so if you love dubstep (like we do) you must seek out their live set (so we can live vicariously through you, thanks). Paranoid is only one of this trio’s gems and before you listen, we suggest you turn your bass up, to eleven.

♫ Breakage Ft Donaeyo – Speechless / London’s Breakage gives us a slow burner here with Donaeyo contributing the vocals. Sit back, relax, and let your sub woofers do all the work.

BONUS: ♫ J.O.B feat Anjulie (with MadV & 12th Planet)- Warrior (LA Riots Remix) / We funking love LA Riots, and man have they have come a long ways since the days of Hearts Revolution.  Which version of J.O.B.’s Warrior do you prefer?  The original or this rad LA Riots remix?
